How Coaching Can Help Your Family

I've found that many people are familiar with the word "coaching" when it comes to sports, but don't know what a life coach does, what it means to have one, or how you could benefit from having one. Having a life coach had changed my life and my family’s. So I thought it was worth talking about here… because we do family culture coaching!

In this episode, you will hear:

  • What coaching is

  • What coaching isn't

  • Who family culture coaching is for

  • What the benefits of working with a coach

Key Points:

  • Coaching is a partnership where I will listen, ask questions, encourage, strategize, and dream with you about your hopes and dreams.

  • Coaching helps you figure out where you’re at, where you want to go, what's standing in your way, and what are the solutions that will help you move forward.

  • Coaching can focus on a particular situation, challenge, dream, goal, or project.
